This week on the data front pales in comparison to last week’s packed calendar of economic reports. The only major release in the U.S. is the ISM Non-Manufacturing Composite released on Tuesday morning.
In Europe, the services PMIs will also be released on Tuesday morning, and industrial production figures later in the week. European investors will be especially focused on the ECB meeting on Thursday morning, as well as the Bank of England meeting on Thursday morning too.
In Asia, the Bank of Japan’s monetary policy statement overnight (between Thursday and Friday’s session here) will be the most closely watched event. No major economic data in China this week.
