Rough Winds Can Shake The Darling Buds of May

Next week’s economic calendar is chock full of goodies. The big ones are the pair of ISM numbers, plus we’ll get our weekly jobless claims, and that all leads up to the All Important™ jobs number on Friday. Here’s the calendar courtesy of Yahoo Finance:

The other interesting thing that will be making headlines is the Occupy movement emerging from winter hibernation as big protests are scheduled for May 1st in the U.S. In Europe May Day labor rallies will be going on the same day. So alot of people out fighting the power.

The VIX is down big recently and getting a little weekend effect today. Things could change next week if any of this data surprises.
